About Dewiya

Dewiya is a UAE-based online beauty store selling skincare, haircare and Korean beauty (K-beauty) products from established international brands such as La Roche-Posay, CeraVe, The Ordinary, Medicube, Anua, Beauty of Joseon, COSRX and Olaplex.

We started Dewiya to make it simple for customers in the UAE to find the products they already know and love, organised by skin concern and routine step, with clear prices in AED and fast local delivery.

Who we are

Dewiya is an online store serving customers across the UAE. All orders are packed and dispatched by our team.

Our products

We buy our stock from established distributors and wholesalers in the UAE and keep the purchase invoices for every product we sell. Products are supplied sealed, in their original manufacturer packaging, with batch codes and expiry dates intact. Read more on our Authenticity & Sourcing page.

Dewiya is an independent retailer. We are not owned by, affiliated with or endorsed by the brands we sell, and all brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Delivery and returns

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only. Delivery costs AED 10, and is free on orders of AED 150 or more. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day; most are delivered the next business day, and occasionally delivery can take up to 3 business days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Sealed, unopened items and damaged or incorrect items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
