Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Arab Emirates only. We do not ship to other countries at this time.
Shipping charges
- Orders under AED 150: AED 10 flat delivery fee
- Orders of AED 150 or more: free delivery
The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no other hidden fees. All prices on our website are in UAE Dirhams (AED).
Processing time
Orders placed on business days are usually dispatched the same day or the next business day.
Delivery time
Most orders are delivered the next business day after dispatch. Occasionally delivery can take up to 3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be longer during public holidays or busy periods. We do not deliver on weekends or UAE public holidays.
Courier partners and tracking
Orders are delivered by third-party courier companies. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
